Shipping

Delivery time: Orders arrive within 7–14 days of purchase.
Cost: Enjoy free UK delivery on all orders.
Courier & tracking: We use trusted delivery partners and send a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Address changes: Need to update your delivery address? Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel is shipped.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or for remote locations.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags still attached.
How to return: Email info@figfound.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving your return, refunded to your original payment method.
Return postage: Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
