What is your shipping policy?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most parcels arrive within 7–14 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Where do you source your products?

Our toys are carefully sourced from trusted makers and suppliers both in the UK and overseas. Every item is chosen for its quality, safety, and ability to inspire learning through play.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet — Fig & Found currently operates exclusively online so we can keep costs fair and deliver directly to your doorstep.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
