Refund & Returns Policy

Simple, transparent and fair

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review the information below on returns, refunds and exchanges.


Returns

Our return window lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm that we’ve received it and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note: depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded, but we’re happy to assist if the product arrives damaged or faulty.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift (or was sent to the gift giver first), the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we arranged it for you) will be deducted from the total.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged or replacement products may vary.

For high-value returns (over £75), we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
